In this workshop for students and members, Kelley will show various ways to create taper holders, candelabras, and elevated candle holders from single as well as thrown and assembled parts. We will talk about sizing, stability and use of high-fire wire to hold the candlesticks. This is recommend if you are comfortable throwing, centering and trimming reliably 1-2 lbs of clay (advanced/returning beginner or intermediate and beyond.)
Workshop is two hours, and a couple different types of clay will be provided.
