Shop Policies

All sales are final.

If the piece or item you've ordered is out of stock, we will contact you. 

Packages ship via USPS Priority, and you will be issued a tracking number when it ships (usually within 5 business days for in stock items in the pottery shop).

We are not responsible packages that are lost in transit, or missing if marked delivered. 

If your item is damaged in shipping please contact us within 3 days of its arrival to work out a solution.
