Chelsea / Greenpoint: We are a pottery studio looking for a managerial role.
An ideal candidate:

Sense of urgency, ability to take initiative and to take direction
Familiarity with machinery or basic construction tasks
Is familiar with firing methods (not required)
Is responsible, punctual and has flexible evening / weekend availability
Excellent organization and communication skills
Willingness to learn - we are happy to train on more skilled tasks.
Interest / ability to: make glazes, load/unload kilns, maintain studio facility cleanliness and manage staff schedules and tasks.
Pottery experience not required, but wheelthrowing, or handbuilding basic skills considered.

Full time, compensation hourly, DOE
