This is a high fire stoneware with brick grog and kyanite added for extra strength that would be needed in larger or outdoor pieces. It is great for slab building or wheel work. It fires buff in oxidation, and speckled reddish brown reduction.
Fired Shrinkage is 10.375% and Water Absorption is 2.56% when fired to cone 10.
