This is a two hour workshop in which we will roll out slab plates with the slab roller, learn how to use plaster molds to shape them, and apply engobes and underglazes to practice sgraffito (carving) techniques. Come with a few ideas of what you'd like to design with your sgraffito drawing, patterns or forms, and we will provide the rest.

After the 48 hour period, or if your class has started, we are unable to offer these two options, for any reason including COVID, illness, injury or unexpected travel. If you need to reschedule or cancel, contact us here. Classes are offered in 4 week blocks and we are not able to separate the individual sessions.
